Mental Health First Aider

This course provides the skills to have a non-judgemental conversation, recognise the sigs and symptoms of common mental health issues and effectively guide a person towards the right mental health support.

First Aid Mental Health Champion

Delegates will gain an understanding of common mental health issues and the knowledge and confidence to advocate for mental health awareness. You will be able to spot signs of mental ill health and the skills to support positive wellbeing.

Mental Health First Aid Awareness

Anyone who wishes to understand more about mental health conditions and encourage positive mental health in the workplace. The course is designed as an introduction to mental health and so no prior knowledge is needed.
